LwE's Get Fit, Don't Quit!

Some seriousness ladies. I am starting a new work out routine and decided to start doing video blogs about it. Why blog about it you ask? Accountability. I need something and someone to help keep me motivated, so I bring you LwE's Get Fit, Don't Quit!

In these vids I will bring you what I'm doing, my progress, and fitness and nutritional tips. If you have any questions yourself, please ask! I will do my best to answer. So to start, here is a recent pic of me taken in Forks. My weight here is 182 pounds.

I want to get back closer to this, which is about 140 pounds.

My ultimate goal would be to reach about 125. I don't know if that is possible for my body type but I have been a flabby 130 in the past, so I'm thinking it's possible!

So here is my first vid, or vids. Sorry about the length. I had to cut it in two for you tube. I will make them shorter in the future. I promise!

Good luck, girlie. I have been trying to lose some weight recently, too. I have gained 15 lbs in the last 1.5 years, my metabolism sort of changed over night. I have a hard time with the motivation and the consistency. I get too complacent just sitting at my computer or doing something OTHER than exercising.

You can do it!!

I am so proud of you! You amaze me all the time.

I can't believe you are 185 in that Forks picture. 140 definitely looks good. 125 seems a bit extreme to me but that is just me.

Whatever I can do to help you in this, let me know.

You have inspired me to start taking my diet seriously. I went through the same things you did, I was a skinny kid and when I got older into my early teen years I hid behind my clothes, then in my late teens I dropped weight and was wearing all the clothes I never got to wear before but I took that for granted and gained weight. My best friend got pregnant when I was in my late teens and from hanging out with her literally ALL the time I started feeling like she did. I was hungry all the time and got other pregnancy symptoms. Now her kid is 6 in first grade and it's about time her and I made the effort to loose that baby weight lol.

But seriously though, I have been half-assing <~~~is that even a word
my diet plan. I wasn't working out like I said I would but now I'm really going to do it. I am going to try giving up soda again too. I did last year for a friends wedding so I know I can do it but it was hard. It's time to buckle down and get started.

I know you can reach your goal! Thank you for inspiring me to get started again!!!

@Charla: Thanks for the motivating words. You can do it too! LOL

@DD: I can't believe I'm 185 in that pic either! I even vowed to never get there again. So much for vowing. I guess I need to try something else. LOL

@TT: Edward is always very motivating. He said whatever keeps me busy and out of his hair. Whatever that means.

@Kassie: I'm so glad you shared your story with me!! Thank you! I'm so glad that you were inspired by this. And hearing your story helps to inspire me too. I love this cycle! I can't wait to hear about your progress. Keep me updated!

Hey girlie! How can I help?! ;)

I have gained about 15-20lbs since last year! Ugh. If you would like to team up and help each other out, I'm more than down!!!

In college I majored in Kinesiology and I have a minor in Nutrition. So I "know" how to help, I just don't do it myself :(

So with that said I will be your accountability if you will be mine too.

ps.. have you checked out www.sparkpeople.com ? I LOVE that sight and it helps me out a lot!

You go girl! Way to put yourself out there!

I wish you much success.

I joined a gym in late August. I've been five times! There is always some ass-ache excuse for me not to go today. I've gotta' get back on that horse and stay on - I signed up for a year!

Looking forward to watching your progress. You inspire me!
